If you are ringing in the New Year with family and/or friends, it’s only fitting to try a new hairstyle to start off 2016. I have compiled a list of five, easy beautiful updos that you may want to try yourself or show your hairstylist on your next visit. I use the adjective easy because if I can do them, others can too. Lol. I have tried 4 out of 5 of these hairstyles myself and have received many compliments. Majority of the women in the videos are natural but they all have different textures. These hairdos can be worn whether you are enjoying a casual night inside or hitting the town. Because these looks speak for themselves, it’s best to go light with the makeup around the eyes, add some color on the lips and pair it with some cute stud or small hoop earrings.

Part a side, and roll your hair upwards all the way around your head. Use bobby pins to loosely secure hair. Best on fresh, dry curls or an old twist out.
