Maria’s Dominican Hair Salon

Maria’s hair salon is the second one I tried after moving to Charlotte. If you are looking for a blow out that gets your hair straight, Maria is your girl! I was very impressed. My hair has multiple textures but for the most part, it is curly and long. After she did it, my hair didn’t frizz up on me right away in the NC humidity. Mari’s Dominican Hair Salon reminds me of the neighborhood salon you may have gone to growing up. There are no frills, she is direct with what she does and does not do. Her staff does a great job and the pricing is very reasonable. The only issue I have is that there is limited parking because it is located in a smaller shopping center next to other businesses. If you go there at a decent time (that doesn’t include right after work), you shouldn’t have trouble finding a parking spot. Overall, Maria does a great job.
